I will repeat Lesson 2 – DO NOT ANSWER THE DOOR! But if you do because you thought it was someone else, hopefully you told them that they have the wrong house. If it is very obvious that the dod have the right house, and there is no way around it, SAY AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE AND DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME. Talk to them outside. This is if you do not already have an open case. AN OPEN INVESTIGATION IS NOT A CASE, A CASE IS WHEN YOU GO TO COURT.
The first workers who appear at your home or your child’s school are called Emergency Response Workers. They often appear friendly and “just want to talk”. Almost everyone lets them in because they feel they have nothing to worry about. Well, you DO have to worry because they will twist everything you say and everything your kids say. They will demand to speak to your children ALONE. Do NOT authorize this! They have NO WARRANT and NO COURT ORDERS TO SPEAK TO YOUR CHILDREN. REMEMBER, THE ONLY POWER THEY HAVE IS WHEN YOU GIVE IT TO THEM!
If you have a couple of dishes in the sink, they will say your sink was full of dishes, if you have one laundry basket out they will say you had dirty laundry strewn all over the house, you know thing like that. Your best bet is to NOT let them in. They will get you to open up and say things they will twist. If you and your significant other have arguments, DO NOT TELL THEM THIS! SAY YOU GET ALONG GREAT! Keep your answers SIMPLE!! Do NOT take their on-site drug test! Do not agree to ANY drug test! They will trick you by saying that if you do not comply they will remove your children but they cannot remove your children if you do not let them! Especially if the cops are not there! Do not give up your children under any circumstances. If the police are there, tell them to come back with a warrant. In the meantime, pack up your kids and take them to a trusted friend’s home, one that your neighbors won’t be able to tell who they are or where they live. Do not take them to a relative’s house, they will look for you there. I would take them to a motel and book it under someone else’s name, have a friend go with you. Do not leave your car in the motel parking lot, switch cars with that trusted friend. Do not take your kids to school the next day, call first thing in the morning from your cell phone, not the motel phone or the friend’s home phone, tell the school that your grandmother in (a far away state) is very ill and you are going to see her before she passes away. Tell them you will be gone for 3 weeks with the children. In the meantime, move out of the county you are living in! Homeschool your kids for a while. After about 6 months, go ahead and enroll them in school wherever you have moved to but make sure that new school has NOTARIZED STATEMENTS OF NON-AUTHORIZATION for each child. Teach your children to KNOW WHO AND WHAT A SOCIAL WORKER IS AND TO NEVER EVER TALK TO THEM OR GO WILLINGLY WITH THEM. FIND AN ATTORNEY, GET BUSINESS CARDS AND KEEP THEM IN YOUR CHILD’S BACKPACK AND IF ANYONE EVER WANTS TO TALK TO THEM, THEY MUST DEMAND THAT THEIR ATTORNEY BE PRESENT!
AGAIN, NEVER EVER EVER BELIEVE A SOCIAL WORKER HAS GOOD INTENTIONS, EVEN IF THEY ARE ONE IN A MILLION, YOU CAN’T TAKE THAT CHANCE!
